Availability of services may change without prior notice.

4. Payments

1.Paid services must be purchased through approved payment methods available on the Platform.

2.Subscription fees, course fees, and other charges are displayed before payment. Taxes, where applicable, may be added.

3.Unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy, payments made are non-refundable.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

2.Upload unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringing content.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload your content.

Unless otherwise stated, all Platform content, including software, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, videos, designs, and educational materials created by Binapani, is the intellectual property of Binapani or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.

8. AI Features

Binapani may provide AI-generated educational content, recommendations, explanations, or reels. AI-generated information is intended for learning purposes only and may not always be accurate or complete. Users should independently verify important information.

9. Rankings and Performance

Mock test scores, rankings, analytics, and performance reports are generated based on Platform data and are intended for educational purposes only. They do not guarantee examination results or future performance.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Binapani Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Suspension and Termination

Binapani reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
